What I offer

Initial consultation – as every new client, we would begin with a free initial consultation which will allow me to get to know you and your lifestyle and you to get to know me. I’ll be able to understand what you would like to achieve and that way I will help me to create realistic and achievable goals.

One to One Personal training session – 1 hour sessions that focus entirely on you and your individual fitness and training requirements.

Group session – Train with your friends and have even more fun together. If you have similar goals to achieve or just simply you want to stay active.

Classes – Powerhoop – weighted Hula Hoop Classes. Fitness with the twist. Many classes available through the week. See my Powerhoop page for more details.

8 to 12 week bespoke training – an individual training plan designed for your specific goal.
Whether you want to get ready for a special event in your life, or you want to challenge yourself with the first triathlon or run your first marathon or you want to lose weight. I will create a plan to fit in with your lifestyle.

Pre-natal session – keeping you fit and active whilst you enjoy the best time in your life caring beautiful baby.

Post-natal 6 week programme – lose weight Adka’s style. 6 days per week intense exercise programme packed with fun and variety of exercises which will keep you wanting more. Starts from 30 min and gradually expend to 60 minutes.
